Atec, Burner Pro & Blaze:

All bowling machines are covered under a (6 month) Fair Use warranty, and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.  Each respective brand (Atec, Burner Pro, Blaze) assumes responsibility for their own warranties, and (in most cases) we need to physically assess the machine before a decision is made.  This requires you to return your machine to us.  In almost all cases a simple part replacement fixes the issue.

All Paceman Machines:

This item is warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of 1 year, providing any product limitations (as outlined in the instruction manual) with respect to using only Paceman Light Balls, being operated by an adult and used only in a domestic, non-commercial
and non-club environment, along with any other specifications where it was purchased are adhered to.

Throughout the Warranty period we shall at our discretion, repair or provide replacement parts which we acknowledge to be defective in accordance with standard business practices.  For Warranty claims, goods must be returned with original receipt to the store where the item was purchased.

This Warranty is for the sole benefit of the Original Purchaser / User. No further or other Warranty expressed or implied in connection with this item is given and our sole liability under this Warranty consists in repairing or supplying replacement parts as aforesaid. We shall not be responsible for any indirect consequential or other damages arising in any matter whatsoever.

This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect assembly. The Warranty is void if the product is subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or any modification, elements such as moisture, salt and other environmental factors, or if the product has not been stored indoors We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Receipt/proof of purchase (must show date of purchase & name of purchaser)
Serial number, Description of issue being experienced, Photos/videos of issue
Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
