Machine Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at admin@kdsport.com.au If your return is accepted, we will provide you with details on where to send the item. Return postage will be at the customers expense, unless the item was faulty. Items sent back to KD Cricket Specialist without first requesting a return will not be accepted. KD Cricket Specialist will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Machine Warranty

Your bowling machine or purchased parts are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Providing any product limitations (as outlined in the instruction manual) with respect to only using the recommended machine balls for each machine type, being operated by an adult, along with any other specifications where it was purchased are adhered to. Throughout the Warranty period we shall at our discretion, repair or provide replacement parts which we acknowledge to be defective in accordance with standard business practices. For Warranty claims, goods must be returned with a copy of the original receipt. This Warranty is for the sole benefit of the Original Purchaser / User. No further or other Warranty expressed or implied in connection with this item is given and our sole liability under this Warranty consists in repairing or supplying replacement parts as aforesaid. We shall not be responsible for any indirect consequential or other damages arising in any matter whatsoever. This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect assembly. The Warranty is void if the product is subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or any modification, elements such as moisture, salt and other environmental factors, or if the product has not been stored indoors. Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
